Brian Magpantay
Broker Associate | Realtor® | GRI | CRS | CLHMS | CNHSA native of Southern California, Brian was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. After graduating Channel Islands High School in 1996, Brian relocated to Long Beach, CA to study business at California State University, Long Beach. Brian graduated from CSULB with a double major in 2001, earning a B.S. in Business Administration w/ emphasis in Management and a B.S. in Business Administration w/ emphasis in Management Information Systems.
Brian began his real estate career in 2006, when he earned his CA Real Estate License and worked for a prominent property management company in Orange County and later with a major national real estate franchise. Brian is currently a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and has been an agent/broker associate with RE/MAX College Park Realty since 2010. Brian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Pacific West Association of Realtors. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designations. Brian has been a part of Kevin Poi Associates since 2010.
